Billing lives on rantevo.com, not in your booking site's admin. Sign in there and open Billing.
The separation is deliberate. Your booking site's admin is for running the business day to day, and the people who use it are not always the people who should see the invoices.
What is on the billing page
Your current plan and what it includes, when the next payment is due, your invoice history, and the card being charged. Invoices are downloadable as PDFs and each one is a proper VAT invoice.
Changing plan
Change plan from the same page. Moving up takes effect immediately so you get the larger SMS allowance straight away; moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Changing your card
Use the payment method link on the billing page. This opens the payment provider's own secure form — Rantevo never sees or stores your card number.
Keep the card current even if nothing is due soon. It is also the card used for domain renewals, and a failed domain renewal can cost you the domain itself.
If a payment fails
You are emailed and the payment is retried over the following days. Your booking site stays up during that window — customers keep booking and you keep working.
SMS is the first thing to stop if the subscription lapses, since it costs real money per message. Email notifications keep going.
Cancelling
You can cancel from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end your access immediately. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Before you go, two things are worth doing. Export anything you need from Bookings. And if you bought a domain through us, talk to us first so it does not lapse at its next expiry.
