Your booking site is a normal public web address. Anyone with the link can book. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Finding your link
In the admin, click View site in the top right. That opens your booking site in a new tab, and the address bar is your link. Copy it from there. On rantevo.com, Your site on the Overview page shows the same address with a copy button beside it.
If you have not connected your own domain yet, the address will be a
rantevo.com subdomain. That link keeps working after you connect one and
forwards visitors to your new address, so it is safe to share before you buy a
domain.
See Connect your own domain when you are ready.
The pages worth linking to directly
Your site has a few addresses, and pointing people at the right one saves them a click.
- The main page is the general "book with us" link.
- Add
/servicesto the end to open the services list. - Add
/teamto show your providers. - Add
/bookto drop someone straight into the booking flow.
Where to put it
Put it where people already look for you:
- Instagram and Facebook bio. This is usually the single highest-traffic spot. Use the plain link rather than a link-in-bio service, so people reach your site in one step.
- Google Business Profile. There is an "Appointment links" field. Filling it in puts a booking button directly in your Google listing.
- Your email signature, so every email you send carries your booking link.
- Your existing website, as a button rather than a text link.
- A printed QR code at the counter, for people who want to rebook on their way out.
What customers see
They pick a service, a provider and a time, enter their name, email and phone, and confirm. With Confirm bookings automatically on, as it is unless you change it, they get a confirmation email straight away. With it off, the booking arrives as a request: they get an email saying you'll confirm it, and another once you do. A reminder follows 24 hours before the appointment, if they booked further ahead than that.
They do not need to create an account to book. If they do sign in, they get an account area where they can see and manage their upcoming bookings themselves.
