Your booking site works the moment your account is created, but it will not be much use until it knows what you sell, who does it and when you are open. Four things, in this order.
1. Your business details
Go to Settings → Business. Fill in your business name, address, phone number and — the one people forget — your contact email. That address is what your customers see when something goes wrong on your site, so it should be a mailbox you actually read.
Set your timezone here too. Everything else in Rantevo is calculated from it: your opening hours, when reminders go out, which day a booking lands on. If the timezone is wrong, every one of those is wrong in the same direction.
2. Your services
Go to Services and add one entry for each thing a customer can book. Each service needs a name, a duration and a price. The duration is what reserves time in your calendar, so make it the real end-to-end time including anything you do after the customer leaves.

3. Your team
Go to Providers and add the people who deliver those services. Even if that is only you, you need one provider — bookings are made against a person, not against the business.
Then assign services to each provider. A service nobody is assigned to cannot be booked, which is the most common reason a new site shows no available times.
4. Your opening hours
Go to Settings → Hours and set the days and times you are open. Then check each provider's own hours under Providers. A provider can work a subset of your opening hours, and the times offered to a customer are the overlap of the two.
Before you share the link
Open your site with View site in the top right of the admin and book something yourself. It takes a minute and it is the only way to see what your customers see. Check that the service you expect appears, that the times look right, and that the confirmation email arrives.
When that works, you are ready to share your booking link.
