Get help from a human

If this help centre has not answered your question, ask us.

How to reach us

Open a request from Support — in your admin, or on rantevo.com. That keeps the whole conversation in one place and saves you describing which business you are. For anything this help centre already covers, you usually get an answer straight away.

If you do not have an account yet, email support@rantevo.com.

We answer in your language — English or Greek, whichever you write in.

What to include

The first reply is more useful when we do not have to ask the obvious questions first:

  • What you expected and what happened instead. "No times show for Tuesday" tells us far more than "the calendar is broken".
  • A booking reference or a customer's name, if it is about one appointment.
  • The date and roughly the time it happened.
  • A screenshot, if there is something on screen. It is usually faster than describing it.

You do not need to tell us your account details — we can see which business you are from the address you write from.

What we can and cannot see

We can see your account's configuration and the technical record of what the system did. That covers which emails were attempted, why a slot was not offered, and what a booking looked like when it was made.

We do not go through your customers' personal data, and we will not make changes to your account without asking you first.

Before you write, two quick checks

Many "nothing is available" reports come down to one of these, and both take a few seconds to check:

  • Does the service have a provider assigned to it?
  • Does that provider have working hours that overlap your opening hours?

If both are yes and it still looks wrong, write to us.

Urgent things

If your booking site is down or customers cannot book at all, say so in the first line. We triage on that.
